Right-of-Way
Right-of-way is given, not taken. At an uncontrolled intersection, the driver on the left must yield to the driver on the right. You must always yield to pedestrians in a crosswalk and to any blind person using a white cane or guide dog.
You must yield to emergency vehicles by pulling over to the right side of the road and stopping. When entering a road from a driveway or alley, you must stop and yield to all cross-traffic.
