Parking Rules

When parking, always bring the vehicle to a complete stop, set the parking brake, and turn off the engine. Never leave children or pets unattended in a vehicle. When parking on a hill, turn your wheels toward the curb when facing downhill and away from the curb when facing uphill to prevent rolling.

Parking is prohibited in many areas, including within 15 feet of a fire hydrant, on a crosswalk or sidewalk, and within 20 feet of an intersection. It is also illegal to park in a space designated for persons with disabilities without a proper placard or license plate.
