Parking Rules
Always ensure your vehicle is safely parked by stopping the engine, setting the parking brake, and removing the key. When parking on a hill, turn your wheels appropriately: away from the curb when uphill, and toward the curb when downhill, to prevent rolling.
Parking is prohibited in many areas, including within 15 feet of a fire hydrant, 20 feet of a crosswalk, and 30 feet of a stop sign. Colored curbs provide visual cues: red means no parking, blue is for accessible parking, and yellow is for loading/unloading only.
