Parking Rules
When parking, always set the parking brake and ensure your vehicle is within 12 inches of the curb. On hills, turn your wheels appropriately: away from the curb when facing uphill, and toward the curb when facing downhill, to prevent rolling. If there is no curb, always turn your wheels to the right.
Parking is prohibited in specific “No Parking” zones, including within 15 feet of a fire hydrant, 30 feet of a STOP sign, on crosswalks, and in front of driveways. Colored curbs indicate special rules; for example, blue is for accessible parking, red means no parking, and white is for brief passenger pickup/drop-off only.
