Right-of-Way
Right-of-way rules determine who has the privilege to proceed first. At an uncontrolled intersection (with no signs or signals), the vehicle to your right has the right-of-way. You must always yield to pedestrians in crosswalks and to emergency vehicles using sirens and flashing lights.
When entering a roadway from a driveway or parking lot, you must yield to all traffic on the main road. At a four-way stop, the first vehicle to stop should proceed first; if two vehicles arrive simultaneously, the driver on the right goes first.
