No Parking Zones in Hawaii
Parking is prohibited in many areas to ensure safety and traffic flow. You cannot park on a sidewalk, crosswalk, within an intersection, or in front of a driveway. Other no-parking zones include areas within 10 feet of a fire hydrant and 20 feet of a crosswalk.
It is also illegal to park within 30 feet of a STOP sign, 50 feet of a railroad crossing, in a fire lane, on a bridge, or next to a parked vehicle (double parking). Always obey posted signs and colored curb markings.
