Nevada Statutory Speed Limits
When no speed limit is posted, default “prima facie” limits apply. In business or residential districts, the limit is 25 mph, and in school zones when children are present, it is 15 or 25 mph. On rural interstate highways, the limit can be as high as 80 mph.
Driving too slowly and impeding the normal flow of traffic is also illegal. On multi-lane highways, you must not drive in the far-left lane at a speed less than the normal speed of traffic.
