1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Not a Government Agency. The Site is a private entity and is not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) or any other government agency in the United States or elsewhere. 2.3. Creative Interpretation. The educational materials provided on the Site, including test questions and explanations, represent Our creative interpretation and summarization of official state Driver’s Manuals. While We strive for accuracy, these materials are intended as a Supplementary Study Aid and do not replace the official laws or Driver’s Manuals. You should always refer to the official Driver’s Manual of Your specific state as the primary source of truth.

3. Accounts and Access

3.1. Account Registration. To access features such as progress tracking, You must register an account using a valid email address and password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your login credentials. 3.2. Access Types:

  • Free Account: Provides access to public practice tests and basic progress statistics. Does not include access to Premium content.
  • Premium Pass: A paid service that grants full access to all premium practice tests, exam simulators, and study sheets for all covered states. 3.3. Personal Use Only. Your account is for individual, non-commercial use only. Sharing your login credentials with third parties (including friends or family outside your immediate household) is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that exhibit suspicious activity indicative of sharing (e.g., simultaneous logins from different locations).

4. Plans, Pricing, and Payments

4.1. One-Time Payments. All Premium Passes are sold as one-time purchases. We do not offer auto-renewing subscriptions. Your payment method will not be charged again automatically upon expiration. 4.2. Pricing Plans:

  • 7-Day Pass: $7.99. Access expires at 00:00 (Server Time) on the 8th day after purchase.
  • Monthly Pass (30 Days): $11.99. Access expires at 00:00 (Server Time) on the 31st day after purchase.
  • 3-Month Pass (90 Days): $21.99. Access expires at 00:00 (Server Time) on the 91st day after purchase. 4.3. Payment Processing. Payments are processed securely via PayPal. We do not store Your credit card information or bank account details on Our servers.

5. Refund Policy and Chargebacks

5.1. No Refunds. Because We provide immediate access to digital content, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We adhere to a strict No Refund Policy. We do not offer refunds for failure to pass an exam, lack of usage, or dissatisfaction with the service format. 5.2. Exceptions. Refunds may be granted at Our sole discretion only in cases of proven technical failure preventing access to the content, provided You have first contacted Our Support Team and We failed to resolve the issue. 5.3. Prohibition of Chargebacks. You agree to contact Us via email to resolve any billing disputes before initiating a dispute or chargeback with Your bank or payment provider. 5.4. Consequences of Chargebacks. You agree that initiating a chargeback without prior communication constitutes a breach of these Terms. In such cases, We reserve the right to immediately and permanently ban Your account (both paid and free) and report the incident to relevant fraud prevention databases.

6. Disclaimers and Limitations

6.1. No Pass Guarantee. The Site provides tools for self-preparation. We do not guarantee that You will pass Your official DMV or CDL exam. Exam results depend entirely on Your knowledge and preparation. 6.2. Language and Translation Disclaimer.

  • Methods: Translations on the Site are produced using a combination of professional human translation and advanced Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies.
  • Accuracy: While We strive for accuracy, machine translation is not infallible. In the event of any discrepancy between the translated materials on the Site and the official English Driver’s Manual, the official English version takes precedence.
  • Exam Availability: We provide tests in languages such as Russian, Spanish, Chinese, Korean, Vietnamese, and Tagalog for Your convenience. However, this does not guarantee that the official DMV exam in Your state is available in these languages. You are solely responsible for verifying language availability with Your local DMV before purchasing a Pass. We are not liable for damages if You cannot take the exam in Your preferred language. 6.3. Special Notice for CDL Applicants. You acknowledge that the Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) exam in the United States is primarily conducted in English. Translated CDL materials on this Site are provided solely to facilitate conceptual understanding of safety rules. Reliance on translated terms does not exempt You from the requirement to understand official English terminology used in the actual exam.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

7.1. Ownership. All content on the Site, including but not limited to test questions, unique answer explanations, text, graphics, logos, structure, and “Cheat Sheets,” is the exclusive property of the Site Owner and is protected by international copyright laws. 7.2. Prohibited Actions. You agree not to:

  • Copy, reproduce, republish, or distribute any content from the Site without prior written permission.
  • Use any automated systems (robots, spiders, scrapers) to access the Site or extract data.
  • Create derivative works based on Our unique explanations or test structures. 7.3. Enforcement. In the event of unauthorized use of Our intellectual property, We reserve the right to take all necessary legal action, including filing DMCA Takedown Notices with hosting providers and seeking damages in the jurisdiction of the infringer.

8. User Conduct and Comments

8.1. Comments. Users may post comments on the Site. All comments are subject to pre-moderation. 8.2. Moderation Rights. We reserve the right to reject or delete any comment for any reason, including but not limited to spam, offensive language, or irrelevance, without notice. 8.3. License to User Content. 11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

11.1. Governing Law. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. 11.2. Jurisdiction. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Site shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the Republic of Kazakhstan. 11.3. Exception for IP Enforcement. Notwithstanding the above, regarding claims of Intellectual Property infringement (e.g., content theft, scraping), the Site Owner reserves the right to seek injunctive relief and damages in any court of competent jurisdiction where the infringement occurs or where the infringer resides.
